NO HARASSMENT

We do not participate in offensive comments, offensive actions or harassment.
Harassment is unwelcome conduct based on protected characteristics, whether in words or in actions, that unreasonably interferes with work performance or job benefits or produces an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.

Harassment may take many forms, such as:

• offensive or disparaging remarks
• jokes
• slurs
• gestures
• negative stereotypes
• intimidating acts
as well as other verbal, non-verbal, visual, audio, electronic or physical conduct.

NO RETALIATION OR DELIBERATE HARM

Unicoding does not tolerate retaliation, which is conduct that punishes someone for or is likely to discourage or prevent someone from raising concerns, reporting misconduct, or participating in an investigation.
At no time does Unicoding tolerate intimidation, bullying, threats of violence, or deliberate mental or physical harm.

LIKE HARASSMENT, RETALIATION MAY TAKE MANY FORMS, IN WORDS, WRITTEN OR SPOKEN, OR IN ACTIONS, AND INCLUDES:

• actual or implied threats or intimidating acts
• adverse employment action affecting an employee’s compensation,
job assignment, opportunities for advancement or other features
of employment
• demotion, suspension or termination of employment
• deliberately rude or hostile behaviors or speech
• creating or permitting a work atmosphere hostile to an employee who
reports a concern
• deliberate exclusionar y behaviors
• harassing behaviors

NO SPAM OR WAREZ

We categorically do not approve posts with advertising messages without the approval of the Unicoding administration. Also we categorically do not welcome links to sites with modified software.
The exception is promotional offer of the developer, freeware or opensource software.

You should understand the difference between a link to the original or original source and a post with spam or referral links.
Once again: All advertising must be approved by the community administration.
If you will post such links Unicoding Administration will delete all posts with such links and ban author.

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the Code) contains the principles, standards of conduct and business practices adopted in Unicoding, which guarantee honest and fair treatment of members of our team, as well as users, partners, clients, and compliance with laws and local legal acts of the community.

Any violation of the code will be reviewed by a special committee and appropriate penalties will be imposed on the code violator.
